Earl Bud Lee

Earl Bud Lee moved to Nashville in 1979. Four plus decades later he is still going strong…writing with his old pals and with the fresh faces that come to town with the same hopes and dreams he had way back when.

Earl Bud has been blessed with three big Number Ones starting in 1990. His first being the ever popular FRIENDS IN LOW PLACES for Garth Brooks. Then came ONE NIGHT AT A TIME for George Strait and then WHO ARE YOU WHEN I’M NOT LOOKING for Blake Shelton. All of these were co-written with some amazing songwriters here in Nashville.

His song LOOK OUT YONDER (a thirty years ago solo write) was recorded by Texas artist Randy Rogers featuring Alison Krauss and Dan Tyminski.
