Rob Hatch

Rob Hatch, originally from Cross City, Florida, moved to Nashville in 2001 to pursue a career in songwriting. He earned his first No. 1 hit in 2008 with “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away,” recorded by Justin Moore, marking the beginning of a string of major successes.

In 2014, Hatch was named SESAC Songwriter of the Year, fueled by two No. 1 songs: “Goodnight Kiss” recorded by Randy Houser and “I Don’t Dance” recorded by Lee Brice. “I Don’t Dance” went on to win the 2014 ACM Award for Single of the Year and has since been certified double platinum.

Beyond his songwriting achievements, Hatch is an active entrepreneur and leader within the music industry.

In 2020, he co-founded the independent record label Pump House Records with longtime friend Lee Brice.

Continuing his commitment to supporting songwriters and artists, Hatch co-founded Entersong Entertainment in 2023 with longtime friend Jerrod Niemann.

Known for his authentic storytelling, melodic craftsmanship, and collaborative spirit, Rob Hatch continues to write, perform, and advocate for songwriters, connecting artists and audiences through songs that resonate long after the final note.
