Grammy Award winning songwriter Matthew J. Rogers has written for some of country music’s premiere superstars, topping the charts with singles by Brett Eldredge, Randy Houser, Jimmie Allen – and the Cody Johnson smash, “‘Til You Can’t,” which earned a Grammy Award for Country Song of the Year, as well as CMA Single of the Year.
Since moving to Nashville in 2006, Rogers has built a catalog of songs that’ve been recorded by Tim McGraw, Luke Bryan, Lainey Wilson, Cole Swindell, Dustin Lynch, Darius Rucker, Eli Young Band, Nate Smith, Justin Moore, Chris Young, Dylan Scott, Matt Stell, Mitchell Tenpenny, Randall King, and Chris Janson.
Prior to moving to Nashville – Rogers earned a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Misericordia University in Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in journalism from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University in New York.
